We respect everyone as an individual

The individual requirement for privacy will be respected and dignity will be maintained at all times. The Service User has a right to privacy with regard to both their personal affairs and belongings.

We are compassionate

We recognise the individual need for personal fulfillment and therefore individualised care will be tailored to the Service User’s preference. Service User Care Plans will be person-centred and will focus on the objectives of maintaining the physical, mental and psychological wellbeing.

We put people first

We aim to offer skilled care to all Service Users to achieve their optimum state of health and wellbeing. We will aim to ensure that all employees are in possession of knowledge, skills and experience necessary to perform their jobs to a satisfactory standard.

In consistence with ensuring standards in the provision of our services, we are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and independent health and social care regulator in England.

The CQC ensures that health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care, something with which we are happy to comply. The CQC also encourages care services to improve, something we aspire to.

The CQC further,

• Monitor, inspects and rates
• Takes action to protect people who use services.
• Protects the rights of vulnerable people, including those restricted under the Mental Health Act.
• Listens to and acts on the experiences of service users.

Skyline home care believes that not one care plan fits all. Our services, including anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision, are all developed based on a person-centred care plan to meet each Service User’s unique care needs.

We strive to ensure that our service users feel better in the comfort of their own home. We specialise in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether one needs daily or weekly assistance due to ageing, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers provide an individualised service that can be trusted.

We provide services from a few hours a day up to 24 hours 7 days a week, our care is tailored to meet the needs of adult clients.
